We have put together several examples to give you some ideas. The Hands Kit provides easy step by step instructions, but we encourage you to take your own creativity and run with it.
The image located above and to the right, is the first and original Hands Kit. It was created with 5 people to fit the 5 elements in the natural healing cycle.
There are certain colors, shapes and meanings attached to each element, and when placed in a circle, as in nature, flow into each other resulting in optimum balance and health. In order to personalize your connection, it is meaningful to decide who in your circle is best suited to which color/element (I.e. the person who brings comfort, security and steadiness to your group would use the yellowish-brown color to represent Earth). This exercise provides the personal Connection of your creation.
 One variation of the original Hands Kit and consists of more than one person per color. You have enough paper for at least two hands per color. This can be used for families where parents and children connect. This is also a great present for grandparents with their children and grandchildren’s hands. Other ideas for using The Hands Kit include, but are not limited to, retirement gifts, teacher recognitions, or team building projects. 
Another variation uses red and green colored hands representing Fire and Earth. Arrange the hands with the thumbs and forefingers touching thus creating a heart. The meaning of the two colors, as well as the arrangement, makes this option the ideal wedding gift offering the new couple optimum balance and support as they begin life together. It also can be a great anniversary gift, showing support and constant love.
A third variation of The Hands Kit, is putting a symbolic image in the center of your hands, in order to create an immense meaning for those participating in the Connection process. The above example resulted from Constructive Healing.com's team building exercise. Another idea for a symbolic image in the center would be for a New Baby gift, by using the parents, the grandparents, and other family members hands, along with the baby’s footprints or handprints in the center. You may also use this gift when adopting children, pets, or simply when someone special enters your life.
