Constructive Healing

Constructive Healing and Noyes Art Designs are dedicated to Art in Healing.  Our philosophy consists of 11 key statements.  Please take some time to view our philosophy and our culture. 

Team Work – We are part of a team and are willing to take leadership of our skills within the team. We respect all the members of the team and value their skills.  We focus on cooperation and completion of all projects.  We welcome constructive suggestions from our team members when we are stuck and we do not take it personally. We will honor other team member’s ideas and will not discount them without exploration.

Communication – We are open and honest with our communication and deal with any concerns as they arise.  We respect our fellow team member’s positions and listen to their point of view before making comment.  We do not interrupt.  We speak positively to all team members and to all with whom we come in contact.

Organization – We have a place for everything.  We know where all projects are at every moment.  We prioritize and delegate every day.  We create timelines in our daily lives as well as in all projects.  We have a process for every project so that it is done the right way consistently.

Generosity – We are giving people.  We are committed to sharing the success that this company has created.  We are generous with the profits, flexibility of time, and recognition for those who have built this company.

Professionalism – We are aware that we are team members and that everything we do reflects on Noyes Art Designs.  We act in a manner, both during and after work, where we commensurate with the ideals and culture we have created.  We dress in an appropriate way to at anytime meet with a potential or current client.

Discipline – We come to work everyday ready to complete our goals for that day. We know when it is okay to have fun at the office and when it is not.  We are aware of priorities and deadlines and the work that needs to be completed.  We make sure that we clean up after a project, before another is started.

Competence – We know what we are doing and do it. We are aware of our skills and how they complete the team.  We show up not only in body, but in mind.  We participate to the best of our abilities without arrogance.

Creativity – We are free thinkers.  We search for alternatives for solutions. We find new ways to do things that makes Noyes Art Designs stand apart.

Authenticity – We are honest and real.  What we say is what we mean and what you see is what you get.  We will commit to others only the things that we can deliver.  We will only represent who we are and never try to be someone that we are not.

Good Attitude – We enter each day with enthusiasm and high expectations. We have fun with everything we do and affect those around us.  We complete projects with passion

Customer Service – We speak to clients, vendors, and customers with the utmost respect. We do not blame the customer; rather we fix any problems.  We are always understanding and patient.
